It begins with a belief, goes on into questions and becomes enthusiastic answers. Everything in the universe is pattern and in order to change that pattern to one that serves and delights, one must recognize it first. Then we can choose change rather then have change choose us. Impress and charm yourself and others with a practiced body, mind and breath. We help do this through yoga, wellness consulting, and flow art (fire spinning and other forms of dance). Meet with us twice a week from your own home. When we listen to our internal happenings, our external world falls into place. Join us for a fusion of different styles of yoga, qigong, meditation and dance as we spur ourselves to feeling better in all areas of our life. Find proper alignment of your body, mind and breath and witness magic happen! By the end of your 12 week course you will see a big improvement in all areas of your life! It's easier than you think!
